Third annual. I mean granted 3 isn’t that many in the grand scheme of things but the fact that this has happened in the 2 previous years is unexpected.

Maybe Saffrons are more common than I think. Just off screen are dozens of Saffrons throwing polearms at villains and swinging heroically through windows as a fireball chases them down a hall. It all makes sense.
