The cheese, casu marzu. The fetus eggs and the caviar. Are these items normally served on this train. If so, was the supply chain sufficiently interrupted to have allowed for substandard balut to have been served? But those implications taken with the alleged magic arrow used to have killed Cassette. Either someone inboard this train is a criminal mastermind to have created such a scenario to throw suspicion off of themselves, or incredibly lucky.
